AND IT IS ADVISABLE TO BOOK FOR ALL CLASSES.
 
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTIONS
AEROBICS TAE-BO Class begins with hi-lo aerobics, followed by Martial Art type moves and ending with toning exercises.
BODYMAX Bodymax is the ultimate toning class, bringing weight training principles from the gym to the studio, in a fun, effective and safe way.
BOOTCAMP BONANZA Hi-energy class combining calisthenics, strength training and cardio endurance! Some free weights, aerobics, combat, squats and burpees.
CROSS TRAINING A multi-challenge workout incorporating a mixture of exercises for total body fitness. (Booking is not required for this class).
FITSTEPS An energetic upbeat dance class workout.
FLEXITONE Combining the deep stretches and conditioning techiniques of yoga and pilates with the fun, upbeat atmosphere of Zumba and Aerobics. Your one stop shop for bums, tums and thighs workout.
GENTLE EXERCISE A gentle exercise to music class for beginners and those of more mature years, with the aim of improving and maintaining health and mobility.
HATHA YOGA Focus is on the breath, to lengthen the spine and ease out tension from the muscles, increasing flexibility and promoting a sense of well-being.
INTERVAL BOOTCAMP An intense class consisting of alternate cardio and toning exercises. Suitable for men and women of all abilities.
INTERMEDIATE
PILATES
Reduce back pain, improve posture & flexibility, build core strength, tone muscles & build a stronger body.
PILATES A mainly mat based series of exercises designed to increase muscle strength and tone, whilst focusing on correct posture and breathing. (Evening classes are not suitable for beginners)
STEP and TONE This workout will include Thigh's, Bum's, Tum's and Upper Body Exercises using the STEP, making you work up a sweat whilst toning and sculpting. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
STOMP FX A fun step workout followed by toning exercises using the step, weights and on the floor.
ZUMBA Ditch the workout, join the party! Get fit and have fun to the Latino Beat.
